This is my first semester and UNCW and it has been a little challenging. I have to get use to juggling my course load along with working full time. In the mean time, it seems I have two little friends to help brighten my day. Earlier this summer a stray cat was hanging around my house and then a second one came along. It was so hot outside and I felt sorry for them so I started giving them water and bread. Then I started buying them cat food, so I guess you can say I have adopted them now :) Now I have to make a vet appointment and make sure they are healthy. I never thought I could own pets because I wasn't fond of any animals. Now, I see why pets are so lovable.

Elizabeth,
ReplyDeleteThat is how I have ended up with every cat I have owned. I recently had to put down my cat that I had for 15 years, since she was a kitten. It is so surprising how much animals can become so close to us. Now I have two cats who I rescued from my mom's work. One was so skinny from not eating... and he is GORGEOUS (a pretty blue-eyed Siamese) and the other looked like he was bit by a snake and the infection was spreading up his arm.
They are both happy and healthy now! I am sure the two that found you are happy, as well! :)
