Hot wings anyone? My husband enjoys trying new recipes especially when it comes to Hot Wings. He made these last weekend and they were awesome!! This weekend he made New England Clam Chowder and it was excelente! He has enjoyed making Chicken Etouffee, jumbalaya, BBQ smoker, beer chili, curry chicken, awesome friend rice are a few of his signature dishes. I am fortunate enough to have such a great husband who likes to cook on the weekends. The down fall is that he wants every new kitchen gadget out there. He had his eye on a counter top turkey fryer for Thanksgiving, but changed his mind when he saw how much they were. He can use his beer making kettle for a fryer if he really wanted to. I guess I should not complain about the kitchen gadgets, because most husbands do not help out in the kitchen. Sunday, December 4, 2011
